Who Teaches the Class

C

hef Jacopo leads every pasta making class personally. He has been working with traditional Italian pasta formats for over a decade and teaches the class in English, Italian, and Spanish. The instruction is practical and direct. Every participant works at their own station and receives individual feedback throughout the session, not just a group demonstration.

The class runs in a small-group format by design. You are not in a kitchen with thirty other guests watching one person cook. Every participant makes their own pasta from start to finish.
